A Memorable Stay with Friendly Staff!

I enjoyed my 17-night stay in the Deluxe Twin Room. The staff were exceptionally helpful, making me feel welcome. While the room got a bit too warm, the comfort outweighed it all. I recommend checking out the onsite restaurant for convenient, delicious meals!

great stay but minor elevator issues

The rooms were large, spacious, and clean, featuring a cozy big bed and a lovely bathroom that included both a bath and shower. My experience was enhanced by the attentive staff who were friendly and spoke English. I enjoyed spectacular views of the city from my room, making each morning delightful.

However, I experienced a few delays waiting for the elevators during peak times.

I recently stayed for 5 nights and absolutely loved the spacious room and bathroom, especially the great steam bath! Daily cleaning was appreciated, and the coffee was surprisingly good for instant. I would definitely come back!

Several renovations were ongoing during my stay, making for a less comfortable experience than expected. The jacuzzi in my room was out of order, which was a disappointment, and my phone had similar connectivity issues. If you're bringing heavy luggage, keep in mind that the hotel sits mid-slope, so prepare for a workout if you plan on walking back to the hotel. It's also not as close to the beach as you'd hope, which could be a letdown for beach lovers.

The Deluxe Double Room was spacious and had a comfy vibe. The bathroom was really cool with a bathtub and a powerful shower. They had a high-tech toilet, but it didn’t work. Once the heated floors kicked in, it felt cozy. The room was clean and stocked with nice toiletries. Oh, and there were microwaves at the reception too, which was handy for heating food.
